Rustic Lime Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States for a flat rate per order of $6.95.  All US orders above $100 receive free shipping. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days once order is placed, via USPS priority or first class. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. We do not process shipping on weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for any lost merchandise once it is delivered to USPS. We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. A tracking number is given once order has been shipped. If tracking states your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages.



In store credit will be given for any returns. Returns MUST be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be given, only store credit.

Merchandise MUST be in original condition, including original packaging and tags must still be attached.

All items obtained during a sale or discount are FINAL SALE, and no returns will be permitted.

Rustic Lime Boutique reserves the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained or have had the tags removed will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. This also applies to any items received after the postmarked date. Postage must be paid within 5 days of receiving the return. If postage is not paid, the item will be donated to a charity of our choice.

Damaged/Defective Items

We strongly recommend you inspect your item immediately upon arrival.If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 2 days. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 2 days, the return will not receive in store credit, and no refunds will be permitted.

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:
  • Send a photo(s) of the item and of what you believe to be a defect. Make sure the photo shows that the tags are still attached.
  • Use "DAMAGED" in the subject line of your email.
  • Include the order # and product name of the item.

All orders are final once they have been placed. Items cannot be added or removed from an order once it has been placed.
